Conform cerinţelor Legii nr. 677/2001 pentru protecţia persoanelor cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal şi libera circulaţie a acestor date, modificată şi completată şi ale Legii nr. 506/2004 privind prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal şi protecţia vieţii private în sectorul comunicaţiilor electronice Tractor Sud S.R.L. are obligaţia de a administra în condiţii de siguranţă şi numai pentru scopurile specificate, datele personale pe care ni le furnizaţi despre d-voastră, un membru al familiei dumneavoastră ori o altă persoană.

a) reamending, updating, blocking or erasing incomplete, inaccurate, or illegally processed data;

b) illegal transformation of personal data into anonymous data;

c) third-party notifications with regard to the operations listed under a) and b).;

4) The right to oppose (article 15) – the right to oppose through a free-of-charge written request for solid and pertinent reasons related to a particular context where data becomes subject to processing;

5) The right to go to court (article 19) – the right to go to court to defend rights that are guaranteed by law, but have been transgressed;

6) The right to make a complaint towards the supervisory authority (article 25);

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

- whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes;
