Return policy

If you are not satisfied with the products bought on the www.tractorsud.ro online store and you wish to drop the purchase and get your money back, you can make a return application in a maximum of 14 calendar days, according to Emergency Ordinance No. 130/2000 with regard to consumer protection on closing and excuting a distance contract.

The 14-calendar-day term to exercise this right applies to:

a) products, starting with the day they have been received by the consumer;

b) services, starting with the day a contract between parties has been closed for them;

A distance contract is a product or service delivery contract signed by a retailer and a consumer, as part of a sale system organized by the retailer, who uses exclusively one or several telecommunication techniques before and upon closing the contract.

The right to return a product within 14 calendar days applies only to natural person customers who have purchased products from the www.tractorsud.ro online store.

The customer has the right to unilaterally cancel the distance contract within 14 calendar days, without a standing reason or incurring penalties.

According to Emergency Ordinance No. 130/2000, the consumer covers the expenses deriving from returing the purchase to the retailer.

The right to cancel the distance contract does not apply to legal entities.

Money is returned in a maxium of 30 days, starting with the day the consumer has cancelled the contract.

According to Emergency Ordinance No. 13/2000, unless agreed otherwise by the parties (consumer and retailer), the consumer cannot unilaterally cancel the following types of contracts:

a) a service delivery contract that, as agreed with the consumer, has started by the end of the 14-calendar-day term;

b) a service or product delivery service for which fees are applied according to the financial market and cannot be controlled by the retailer;

c) a delivery contract for products manufactured according to the consumer’s specififcations or for personalised products as well as for those which, by nature, cannot be returned or can easily get damaged or deteriorate;

d) delivery contract for audio, video, or IT program recordings, in case such recordings or IT programs have been unsealed by the consumer;

e) delivery contract for newspapers, periodicals, magazines;

f) betting, gambling, or lottery services;
